The Labor Committee of the Economic and Social Council visited the National Employment and Training today. They were received by Colonel Nawaf Ertiman Al-Sarhan, the company’s Director General, along with several department managers.
The purpose of this visit was to strengthen the effective and positive partnership between the two sides, recognizing the necessity of active cooperation to achieve national and institutional goals. The visit aimed to foster fruitful collaboration between the parties and discuss various issues related to employment and training, as well as increasing the number of Jordanian youths benefiting from training and employment opportunities. The visit also focused on enhancing the level of Jordanian institutions and companies, particularly in the education and vocational training sectors, to achieve integration and optimal use of financial and human resources.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Majid Al-Habashneh, Chairman of the Board of the National Employment and Training , appreciated the efforts of the Labor Committee in supporting all sectors and contributing to their advancement to the highest levels. He emphasized the need for concerted efforts to elevate the level of vocational and technical training that leads to employment.
