The Training Department is the executive arm to achieve the company’s vision, mission and objectives through implementing national and vocational training programs and arming trainees with professional, life and leadership skills that qualify them to enter the labor market Support the national economy in professional staff

The department supervises (16) institutes distributed over all governorates of the Kingdom, and the department is concerned with vocational training for the construction sector in particular and for the industry sector .
The number of the company's workshops is (80), of which (72) are male and (8) are female, and the maximum capacity for each workshop is (25) trainees.

The main objectives of marketing and operational support
Create job opportunities for all trainees during the on-site training phase (OJT).
National &Vocational Training division
This section is concerned with supervising and following up the quality of the training process through coordination with the field, communicating with trainers, following up on trainees’ files and performance records during the vocational training phase, and evaluating the trainers’ technical performance through sudden field visits.
Through this section, lists of the workshops’ need of equipment, tools, machines and training materials are prepared before the start of the vocational training phase, and the data of trainers and workshops is constantly updated.
In addition to following up the trainees during on the job training phase (OJT) in terms of attendance and absence, field training files and performance records. In addition to monitoring the marks of the trainees and identifying the successful and failed ones based on the results of the tests and the criteria approved by the Training Department.
Curriculum and Exams division
After the company restructuring phase in 2014, the curricula were developed in line with the developments of professions in the labor market and were registered with the National Library Department, each with a deposit number and an ISBN number.
Curricula are constantly reviewed and developed through the Curriculum and Exams Department, with the participation of the private sector and feedback from employers in projects and companies.
Division duties:
1.programs Preparation and approval from CAQA central of accreditation and quality assurance.
2. Preparing training plans for each batche
3.Preparing the general plan and the executive plan related to the procedures for the conduct of the training process Inside and outside the institutes
4. Preparing the general curriculum, the detailed program and the weekly program
5. Preparing the trainee file for each profession
6. Follow-up procedures for acceptance and professional exams that take place during the training course: practical and theoretical
7. Issuance of certificates of professional competence approved by the company and a certificate of practicing the profession approved CAQA central of accreditation and quality assurance.
Tests and exams (procedures and assessment)
are divided according to the reference system into:
Pre- assessment:
A type of assessment at the beginning of training to measure the trainee's knowledge and professional level, and it is conducted at the beginning of the practical session to verify the acquired knowledge.
Final assessment :
It is a test that is given to the trainee at the end of each exercise in order to determine the to which the trainee performance . It is also conducted at the end of each training stage, during and
at the end of the OJT .
Overall rating (cumulative):
Accurate evaluation is carried out on two types
a) A time-limited theory test.
B) a practical test of an integrated exercise (taking into account the duration of implementation
Certificate awarding evaluation: It is a joint evaluation carried out by training supervisors and representatives of external bodies to ensure level of skills and knowledge related to the profession

Department duties
- Collect and analyze the information required to prepare, document and archive the operational plan.
- Follow up the implementation of decisions related to planning and development.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on the work of planning.
- Supervising the analysis of the results of feedback on the implementation of the executive plans and recommendations.
- Supervising the preparation of studies on the development of the company's work (preparation, documentation, distribution and follow-up implementation, evaluation and modification).

Complete follow up of the computerization system including the management of the company and all the institutes of the company.
Follow up the application of the systems and document them.
Full follow-up of the establishment of communication lines (data transmission) including the management of the company and all institutes.
Application and observance of international security and protection standards for computer networks, communications and information systems
Give users authority in coordination with department managers.
Develop a policy of keeping, storing and retrieving information in the company and following up its implementation.

The financial department of the company aims to save the company's money in terms of maintaining its restrictions, tabulation and statistics, and ascertaining that all imports are received and that the disbursement operations within the budgets and the items scheduled and finished in preparing the final accounts and perform important roles including:
1. Supervisory role through the application of:
Internal Control System.
Powers of spending.
Ensure that accounts are accounted for in receivables and payments.
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Monitoring cash and advances.
Organizing arrest and payment procedures.

Human Resources and Administrative Department
The Human Resources and Administrative Department aims to prepare the company's human and administrative resources plan, designing, implementing, and regularly reviewing HR and administrative systems, along with policies, procedures, and instructions related to HR management activities.
Responsibilities of the Human Resources and Administrative Department:
- Participate in planning for settlements, recruitments, transfers, bonuses, seniority records, service files, and leave.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating the company’s human resources plan.
- Determine and provide staffing needs in coordination with the Director General.
- Contribute to creating recruitment plans, supervising all job applications, and following up on them.
- Monitor the company’s disciplinary system.
- Oversee all administrative matters, including supplies, transportation, fuel, and administrative purchases.
- Supervise official and non-official company events.
- Organize annual employee leave across all types.
- Maintain all employee records, manage their entry into the system, and follow up on all work-related matters (attendance, absence, leave, promotions, incentives, transfers).
- Arrange seminars, exhibitions, and coordinate the company’s visit and invitation programs, overseeing their implementation.
- Provide services to both employees and visitors.
- Oversee all internal and external administrative tasks of the company.
- Coordinate vehicle movement daily and supply fuel through monthly coupons issued by the Financial Affairs Department.
