ollaborative Meeting Between the National Employment and Training Company, Mafraq Governorate Council, and King Hussein Bin Talal Development Area

Brigadier General Nawaf Al-Sarhan, Director General of the National Employment and Training Company, met with His Excellency Khalil Al-Shdeifat, Chairman of the Mafraq Governorate Council, and council members, as well as Her Excellency Lisa Abdul Karim Al-Dughmi, Director General of Mafraq Development Company, at the Jordanian-German Center of Excellence for Solar Energy in the King Hussein Bin Talal Development Area.
At the beginning of the meeting, Brigadier General Al-Sarhan welcomed the attendees, emphasizing the importance of cooperation between the National Employment and Training Company and the Mafraq Governorate Council in implementing joint programs and projects that meet the needs of the Jordanian labor market.
Brigadier General Al-Sarhan highlighted the company’s mission and strategic goals, which focus on providing distinguished professional cadres through specialized training programs that attract young people, thereby enhancing the local labor market.
In turn, Al-Shdaifat expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the National Employment and Training Company for its successful cooperation with the King Hussein Bin Talal Development Area. He noted that this cooperation would contribute to providing training opportunities for professions needed locally and internationally, benefiting the nation’s youth in addressing poverty and unemployment. He stressed the importance of this meeting in establishing a joint work roadmap for implementing developmental and training projects in Mafraq Governorate.
Ms. Lisa Al-Dughmi explained that the meeting aimed to follow up on the programs offered by the National Employment and Training Company, noting that there are plans to open new institutes in remote areas to meet the needs of the local and external markets.
At the end of the meeting, several council members presented proposals aimed at enhancing collaborative work opportunities that serve the public interest.
The meeting was attended by several concerned figures, including Mr. Mohammad Al-Sarhan, Assistant Governor of Mafraq for Development Affairs, Mr. Suleiman Al-Mashaqbeh, Mayor of New Bal'ama, and Mr. Ali Al-Sarhan, Mayor of Al-Sarhan.
